Payment Policy

1. Payment Methods

We accept the following modes of payment:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
  • Net Banking
  • UPI Payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  • Wallets and Payment Gateways integrated on our website.

All transactions are processed securely, and we do not store any payment details.

2. Order Confirmation

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
  • Once your payment is verified, you will receive an order confirmation email and/or SMS.

3. Payment Issues

  • If the payment fails or remains incomplete, the order will not be processed.
  • In case of double payments or incorrect deductions, please contact our support team with proof of transaction for assistance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
  • A 5% cancellation charge will be applied to all canceled orders.
  • Cancellations requested within 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

  • Orders canceled within the allowed time frame.
  • Products that were damaged during delivery (requires photographic evidence and a complaint within 24 hours).
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

Refunds are not applicable under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.
  • Delivery refusal by the recipient.
  • Unavailability of the recipient at the time of delivery.

Return Policy

1. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If the delivered product is damaged or defective, please report it within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photographs of the damaged item for resolution.

We will evaluate the issue and, if valid, provide a replacement or store credit for a future purchase.

Important Notes

  • All refunds and returns are subject to investigation and approval by Gendaphool Florist.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds or returns in cases of misuse or non-compliance with our policies.
