1. Delivery Areas

We deliver across Delhi and selected nearby locations. Please check the availability of delivery services to your area during checkout.

2. Delivery Timings

  • Standard deliveries are made between 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
  • Midnight deliveries for special occasions, such as Valentine’s Day, are carried out between 10:00 PM and 1:00 AM.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Delivery: Available for orders above a certain value (details during checkout).
  • For orders below the threshold, a nominal delivery fee will apply, depending on the delivery location.

4. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed promptly upon confirmation of payment.
  • We strive to ensure timely dispatch and delivery. However, delivery timelines may vary based on factors like location, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Ensure that the recipient’s address is accurate and complete, including landmarks or contact details.
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delays or delivery failures, for which we cannot be held responsible.

6. Delivery Attempt Policy

  • We will attempt delivery once. If the recipient is unavailable, the order will be considered delivered under the following conditions:
    1. Wrong or incomplete delivery address.
    2. Premises locked or recipient unavailable.
    3. Recipient refusing to accept the order.
    4. Delivery made to a security guard, receptionist, or neighbor (as per instructions).

7. Special Occasion Deliveries

During peak seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Rakhi, New Year’s Eve, etc.), deliveries may take longer due to high order volumes. We recommend placing your orders in advance to avoid delays.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to locations within Delhi and select surrounding areas.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Report the issue to us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide a clear photograph of the damaged product to assist with our investigation.
  • Resolutions may include a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
